Shipments and Returns

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.

Does Diesel Tees ship Internationally?

Yes. Shipping to the USA, Canada and Australia is available through www.DieselTees.com. For other locations please email Info@DieselTees.com to get a shipping price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since a lot of our products are made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. For International orders please allow 10-14 days.

What is the exchange policy?

Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases. If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. Please wait until your store credit is applied to your account if you’d like to place an order using this credit. If you place an order and do not use your store credit, we cannot apply that credit afterward. If you have any issues with your credit, please email info@dieseltees.com  before placing your order.

Items must be returned unworn, in NEW condition including original packaging and tags if applicable. Items that appear to be worn, have stains or odors including SMOKE, pets, cologne, etc. will not be accepted.

Shipping

Returns must be shipped back within 15 days from the day your order is delivered. 

We do not require notification of returns, just use the form on the back of your packing slip.

For returns, an email will be sent to the email address used to make the purchase including a store credit code that will be used to make a future purchase. Once delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to keep that code as we will not be able to reissue those. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed once delivered.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Diesel Tees is not responsible for products lost/damaged, or packages marked “delivered” by USPS.

 If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to contact us and pay a $5 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

 

Defect or Problems

If you have received an item with any defects, please contact us within 3 days to inform us of the issue.  We are not responsible for damages to products as a result of improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We are not currently setup to process credit card orders over the phone. PayPal is used to process all online orders which provides a safe and secure transaction with buyer protection.
